Brown Straight Shawl

I knit hugs.  That's what I consider these shawls to be.  They are called Prayer Shawls, Comfort Shawls, or Friendship Shawls.  These shawls are available to be given by you to offer someone comfort, care, and warmth.  While they were being knitted, prayers were said asking for God’s love, compassion, & healing powers to help the recipient.  Please add your own prayers. 

This is the straight style.  They  are soft, warm, cozy, and comforting just like a hug.  It is nearly 7 feet long.  That's plenty to flip over your shoulder and fasten with a pin.I sell shawl pins under the category of Knitted Items.  A secret - did you know that large barrettes and hair clips will work nicely to hold the shrug or shawl in place. 

Keep in mind these can be given in celebration not just in sadness.

I always use acrylic yarn so they are washable.
